Ingredients:
- 2 pkgs ribs
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup BKW BBQ Rub
- Aluminum foil
Directions:
- Place ribs onto aluminum foil.
- Rub BKW BBQ onto ribs on both sides til coated.
- Slice butter and place on top of ribs about an inch apart.
- Wrap ribs completely.
- Cook @ 200 for 3-4 hours.
- The longer you slow cook them, the more tender they will be.
- After they have slow cooked, grill the ribs to blacken and add your favorite BBQ sauce.
- Serve.
