Ingredients:
- 3 lb Ground Beef
- 1 lb Mild Sausage
- 1 1/2 Onions chopped
- 1/2 Green Pepper diced
- 1/2 Red Pepper diced
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Jalapeno diced
- 1 Chili Pepper diced
- 6 slices bacon (cooked)
- 1/4 cup BKW Pepper Blend
- 1/8 cup BKW Barbecue Rub
- 1/8 cup BKW Original Gourmet
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 (15oz) can of each Kidney, Black, Pinto beans
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can Corn
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 4 (14.5oz) cans diced tomatoes
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
Directions:
- In large skillet cook onions, peppers, garlic, jalapeno, and chili pepper until tender. Add ground beef and sausage and continue until meat is cooked.
- Transfer to large pot and add remaining ingredients. Cook at medium high heat, stirring frequently until chili begins to bubble.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for up to 3 hours, stirring occasionally, allowing all of the flavors to soak in.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for next day.
