Pop’s Tenderloin


  • Pork tenderloin
  • BKW Original Gourmet Blend
  • Biscuits (optional)


  1. Slice tenderloin into 2″ thick pieces
  2. Marinate overnight in equall mixture of worcestershire sauce and red cooking wind
  3. Heat cooking oil to 400 degrees
  4. Remove from marinade and cover with all purpose flour
  5. Deep fry at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until done
  6. Generously springle with BKW Original Gourmet Blend
  7. Serve individually or on fresh biscuits
