Little Kahuna Tenders (A Kid’s Favorite)


  • 2.5 lb fresh chicken tenders
  • BKW Original Gourmet to taste
  • All Purpose Flour
  • 1 gallon Vegetable oil (varies depending on fryer)
  • 1 cup carrots and celery sliced


  1. Cut chicken tenders into two halves
  2. Heat oil to approximately 375°
  3. Lightly flour tenders with all purpose seasoning
  4. Place tenders in fryer for 3-5 minutes or until done
  5. Remove from oil immediately
  6. Sprinkle with BKW Original Gourmet until completely covered (pieces should have a slight orange tint)
  7. Serve hot and uncovered with carrots and celery with favorite dipping sauce
