Grilled Veggies

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1 medium red pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • Fresh asparagus
  • 1 package of sliced baby portabella mushrooms
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbs BKW Original Gourmet Blend
  • ¼ cup soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Cut veggies to desired size.
  2. Add olive oil, salt, soy sauce, and BKW Original.
  3. Mix til veggies are coated.
  4. Place veggie mix in a grill safe pan, or use aluminum foil.
  5. Grill til tender.
  6. Serve.
