Big Kahuna Wings


  • 10lb Whole Chicken Wings
  • 1 gallon vegetable oil (amount of oil may vary depending on fryer)
  • All purpose flour (optional)
  • Two Large mixing bowls
  • Tongs
  • One bottle of BKW Original Gourmet Blend (BKW Fire for Spicy Wings)


  1. Lightly flour wings with all purpose flour (optional)
  2. Heat cooking oil to 400 degrees
  3. Deep fry wings at 400° for 6-8 minutes
  4. Wings will float when done
  5. Remove from oil immediately
  6. Sprinkle with BKW Original Gourmet Blend to taste (for spicy wings sprinkle with BKW Fire Blend)
  7. Serve hot and uncovered!!
