Big Kahuna Tenders


  • Chicken
  • BKW Seasoning


  1. Cut tenders into bite size pieces
  2. Lightly flour with all purpose flour
  3. Heat cooking oil to 375 degrees
  4. Deep fry tender pieces at 375° until done
  5. Remove from oil immediately
  6. Sprinkle with BKW Seasoning until completely covered (pieces should have orange tint to them)
  7. Serve hot and uncovered
