Big Kahuna Oven Baked Baby Back Ribs

  • 2 Slabs Baby Back Ribs
  • BKW Barbecue Rub
  • 2 tbsp Liquid Smoke
  • BKW Sweet N’ Spicy Pit Smoked Barbecue Sauce

  2. Rub top surface of ribs with Liquid Smoke
  3. Coat both sides of the ribs heavily with BKW Barbecue Rub.
  4. Wrap ribs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 to 24 hours (the longer they have to absorb the rub the better).

  6. Remove covering from racks and place in an aluminum foil lined baking pan or cookie sheet.
  7. Cover pan with foil and bake at 250F for 3 ½ hours.
  8. Remove ribs from oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and drain accumulated liquid.
  10. Brush both sides of ribs with BKW Sweet N’ Spicy Barbecue Sauce (sauce should be at room temperature)
  11. Return to oven and bake, uncovered, for an additional 30 minutes.
