Big Kahuna Golden Garlic Croutons

  • 1 pound loaf of ciabatta bread cut in 1/2 inch cubes
  • Place ciabatta cubes on baking tray and set aside
  • Heat 1/3 cup virgin olive oil (VOO) in a small sauce pan
  • Add two finely minced garlic cloves / DO NOT BURN GARLIC
  • Lightly season oil with BKW Original Gourmet, sea salt, Allow oil to simmer to infuse the seasonings and fresh garlic


  1. Put oven rack in center of oven. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Arrange ciabatta cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet
  3. Lightly drizzle olive oil
  4. Bake croutons until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  5. Remove croutons from oven and lightly sprinkle with BKW Original Gourmet to taste
  6. Cool for 2 minutes.
