Big Kahuna Crusted Ribeye Steaks


  • 2 one inch thick Ribeye steaks
  • Olive Oil
  • BKW Steak Rub


  1. Brush 1” thick Ribeye steaks with Olive oil
  2. Completely cover steaks with BKW Steak Rub (about 1tsp per steak)
  3. Heat grill to approximately 600°
  4. Allow steaks to marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes
  5. Place steaks face down on grill
  6. Grill at high temperature for 3-4 minutes per side (do not puncture steaks)
  7. Reduce heat and continue cooking to desired tenderness (do not cut steaks as they will lose their juices)
  8. Serve with desired side!!
