Big Kahuna Chops


  • 4 fresh pork chops (1” thick each)
  • BKW Original Gourmet to taste
  • All Purpose Flour
  • 1 gallon Vegetable oil (varies depending on fryer)


  1. Lightly flour chops with all purpose seasoning
  2. Heat oil to approximately 375°
  3. Place chops in fryer for 6-8 minutes or until done (chops will float when done)
  4. Remove from oil immediately
  5. Sprinkle with BKW Original Gourmet until completely covered
  6. Add hot sauce as desired
