Big Kahuna Cheez-It Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 ½ c Cheese it crackers
  • ½ tsp BKW Original Gourmet
  • ½ c BKW Original Pit Smoked Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 ¼ lb raw chicken
  • ⅓ c Dijon mustard
  • ½ c raspberry jam
  • ½ c balsamic vinegar
  • ½ c brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Put rack on lower third of over.
  2. Heat 475 degrees
  3. Brush baking sheet with Olive Oil
  4. Pulse/crush crackers in bowl and add BKW Original Gourmet Seasoning
  5. Toss tenders in mustard then dredge in crumbs
  6. Place on baking sheet and sprinkle with BKW Original Gourmet
  7. Bake, turning once 15 min

Sauce:

Simmer, 1/2 cup BKW Original BBQ sauce, 1/2 c raspberry jam, balsamic vinegar and brown sugar.
