Big Kahuna Cajun Boil

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 lbs Jumbo Shrimp (raw and unpeeled)
  • 3-4 lbs Andouille Sausage cut into ½ inch pieces)
  • 3-4 lbs small red skin potatoes
  • 15 pieces of Corn (5 ears)
  • 4 whole cloves peeled Garlic
  • 5 Lemons (halved)
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 5 lbs ice
  • 4 ½ bottles BKW Cajun Rub (1 lb)

Directions:

  1. Bring ½ pot of water, BKW Cajun Rub, lemons (Squeezed) and butter to a boil
  2. Add potatoes and sausage and return to boil for 15 minutes
  3. Add celery, corn, and garlic and return to boil for 10 minutes
  4. Add shrimp and continue to boil for another 2-3 minutes
  5. Turn off heat and add ice
  6. Let pot stand for 15 minutes to soak up the spice
  7. Remove strainer basket from pot, let drain, and pour food directly onto covered table
