Big Kahuna Beerbasa


  • 2 rings Kielbasa
  • BKW Original Gourmet
  • BKW Cajun Rub
  • 12oz New Castle Brown Ale (or dark beer of choice)
  • Light Soy Sauce


  1. Split Kielbasa open length wise and cut into 2-3” pieces
  2. Marinate in 4/1 mixture of New Castle Brown ale and light soy sauce, along with BKW Original and Cajun Rub for 2-4 hours
  3. Preheat grill to medium high temperature
  4. Grill approximately 4-6 minutes per side
  5. Remove from grill and sprinkle with BKW to taste
